Recently, during a client meeting, I realized that I've never added a very different type of marketing research to my profile... yet it's one that I've done for over 30 years! This would be the Internal Town Hall meetings -- where we bring in people from all across your Company to spend a day discussing challenges, opportunities, and even the impact of TARIFFS on your success!
Through the years, I've designed, moderated, and summarized, internal "off-sites" as they're known, for clients in the food sector (e.g. how can we generate short-term sales to hit our year-end projections? or, what trend/competitive threat are we seeing that we need to "blunt" with our own line extension?); in the entertainment sector both on and off-Broadway in NYC (e.g. is our programming meeting the needs of our membership? or how does the ticketing process work for new members?); in the financial sector (e.g. what will be the impact of AI on broker recommended investments for families and businesses?).
The learnings that have come from these off-sites have been phenomenal! The deliverable is immediate, the Team-Building is spectacular, and to a person, everyone always comes away feeling more engaged than ever!
